1. Vem du ingår avtal med
Stigvidd ("vi", "oss" eller "appen") tillhandahålls av Therese Lindberg och Ralf Lindberg, privatpersoner, Sverige. Genom att skapa ett konto och använda appen ingår du avtal med oss och godkänner de här villkoren. Gör du inte det ska du inte använda Stigvidd.
Appen är gratis. Vi tar inte betalt för användningen och det finns inga köp i appen. Kontakt: info@stigvidd.se.
2. Vem som får använda Stigvidd
Du måste vara minst 13 år för att skapa ett konto. Är du under 18 bör du ha en vårdnadshavares tillåtelse. Du får bara skapa ett konto åt dig själv, och du ansvarar för allt som sker genom ditt konto. Håll ditt lösenord för dig själv.
3. Innehåll du skapar
Det du lägger in i Stigvidd är ditt: dina inspelade promenader, dina bilder, dina recensioner och dina hinderrapporter. Du behåller alla rättigheter till det.
För att appen ska kunna fungera ger du oss rätt att lagra ditt innehåll och visa det på det sätt appen är byggd för – recensioner och hinderrapporter för alla användare, och en promenad för den du valt att dela den med. Rätten gäller bara det, och den upphör när du tar bort innehållet, med ett undantag: en promenad du delat med någon finns kvar hos mottagarna. Vad som händer vid radering står i Radera konto och data.
Du ansvarar för att du har rätt att lägga upp det du lägger upp. Ladda inte upp bilder på andra personer utan deras vetskap, och dela inte en promenad vidare som någon annan spelat in utan att ägaren tillåtit det.
4. Vad du inte får göra
- ladda upp olagligt innehåll, hot, hat, trakasserier eller sexuellt material
- lägga upp material som någon annan har upphovsrätt till, utan tillstånd
- lämna medvetet falska hinderrapporter eller recensioner
- skapa konton åt andra, utge dig för att vara någon annan eller skräpposta användare
- försöka komma åt andras konton, data eller delar av tjänsten du inte har behörighet till
- samla in uppgifter om andra användare automatiskt, till exempel genom skrapning
- störa driften, kringgå säkerhetsfunktioner eller belasta tjänsten avsiktligt
5. Delning av promenader
En promenad är privat tills du delar den. När du delar väljer du om mottagaren får dela den vidare, och den som fått en promenad genom en vidaredelning kan inte dela den vidare i sin tur.
Tänk efter innan du delar. En inspelad rutt visar var du har gått – och startade du inspelningen hemma visar den också var du bor. Vi kan styra vad appen lämnar vidare, men inte vad en mottagare gör med en rutt hen redan sett.
6. Ledinformation, rutter och hinder
Stigvidd är ett hjälpmedel för att hitta och dela promenader – inte en säkerhetstjänst. Ledinformation kommer från öppna datakällor och från appens användare. Vi kontrollerar inte att en led är framkomlig, att ett hinder fortfarande finns kvar eller att en rapporterad omväg är säker.
Du ansvarar själv för din tur: för din planering, din utrustning, din bedömning av väder, terräng och din egen förmåga. Lita inte på appen som enda underlag i okänd terräng, och räkna med att mobiltäckning och batteri kan ta slut.
Följ allemansrätten och de regler som gäller där du går. Att en rutt finns i appen betyder inte att den går på mark där du har rätt att vistas, eller att markägaren tillåter det.
Kartunderlag levereras av MapTiler och bygger på OpenStreetMap, som tillhandahålls under Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Upphovsangivelse visas i appen på varje kartvy. Ledinformation för Boråsområdet kommer från Borås Stads öppna data (boras.se), som tillhandahålls under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 — en public domain-dedikering utan upphovsrätt. CC0 kräver ingen upphovsangivelse; vi anger ändå Borås Stad som källa.
7. Tillgänglighet
Stigvidd drivs på fritiden och utan garanti för att tjänsten är tillgänglig eller felfri. Vi kan ändra, pausa eller lägga ner funktioner, och tjänsten i sin helhet, utan att det ger dig rätt till ersättning. Läggs tjänsten ner försöker vi meddela det i appen i förväg så att du hinner hämta ut ditt innehåll.
Ta egna kopior av sådant du inte vill förlora. Vi lovar ingen säkerhetskopiering åt dig.
8. Om du bryter mot villkoren
Vi kan ta bort innehåll och stänga av eller radera ett konto som bryter mot villkoren. Vid allvarliga fall, till exempel olagligt innehåll eller angrepp mot tjänsten, sker det utan förvarning. I andra fall hör vi av oss först.
Du kan när som helst sluta använda Stigvidd och radera ditt konto i appen under Profil → Avsluta konto.
9. Ansvarsbegränsning
Vi ansvarar inte för skador som uppstår genom din användning av appen, för förlorat innehåll eller för att tjänsten varit otillgänglig, i den utsträckning ansvar går att begränsa enligt lag.
Dina rättigheter som konsument påverkas inte. Tvingande konsumentskyddande regler gäller före de här villkoren, och ingenting här begränsar ansvar för skada som orsakats uppsåtligen eller genom grov vårdslöshet.
10. Personuppgifter
Hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter beskrivs i integritetspolicyn, som är en del av förhållandet mellan dig och oss men inte en del av det här avtalet.
11. Ändringar av villkoren
Vi kan uppdatera villkoren. Vid väsentliga ändringar meddelar vi det i appen innan de börjar gälla. Fortsätter du använda Stigvidd efter det gäller de nya villkoren. Den senaste versionen finns alltid på stigvidd.se/terms-of-use/.
12. Tillämplig lag och tvist
Svensk lag gäller. Tvist prövas av svensk domstol. Som konsument kan du också vända dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se, eller till EU-kommissionens plattform för tvistlösning online. Bor du i ett annat EU-land har du rätt att åberopa tvingande konsumentskydd i ditt hemland.

1. Who you are entering an agreement with
Stigvidd ("we", "us" or "the app") is provided by Therese Lindberg and Ralf Lindberg, private individuals, Sweden. By creating an account and using the app you enter into an agreement with us and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Stigvidd.
The app is free. We charge nothing for using it and there are no in-app purchases. Contact: info@stigvidd.se.
2. Who may use Stigvidd
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 you should have a guardian's permission. You may only create an account for yourself, and you are responsible for everything that happens through your account. Keep your password to yourself.
3. Content you create
What you put into Stigvidd is yours: your recorded walks, your images, your reviews and your obstacle reports. You keep all rights to it.
So that the app can work, you give us the right to store your content and display it the way the app is built to – reviews and obstacle reports to all users, and a walk to the person you chose to share it with. That right covers nothing more, and it ends when you delete the content, with one exception: a walk you have shared remains with the recipients. What happens on deletion is described on Delete account and data.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload images of other people without their knowledge, and do not reshare a walk recorded by someone else unless the owner has allowed it.
4. What you may not do
- upload illegal content, threats, hate speech, harassment or sexual material
- post material someone else holds the copyright to, without permission
- file knowingly false obstacle reports or reviews
- create accounts for others, impersonate someone else or spam users
- attempt to access accounts, data or parts of the service you are not authorised for
- collect data about other users automatically, for example by scraping
- disrupt operations, circumvent security features or deliberately overload the service
5. Sharing walks
A walk is private until you share it. When you share, you decide whether the recipient may reshare it, and someone who received a walk through a reshare cannot pass it on in turn.
Think before you share. A recorded route shows where you have walked – and if you started recording at home, it also shows where you live. We can control what the app passes on, but not what a recipient does with a route they have already seen.
6. Trail information, routes and obstacles
Stigvidd is a tool for finding and sharing walks – not a safety service. Trail information comes from open data sources and from the app's users. We do not verify that a trail is passable, that an obstacle is still there, or that a reported detour is safe.
You are responsible for your own outing: your planning, your equipment, your assessment of weather, terrain and your own ability. Do not rely on the app as your only source in unfamiliar terrain, and expect mobile coverage and battery to run out.
Follow the Swedish right of public access (allemansrätten) and the rules that apply where you walk. A route existing in the app does not mean it runs on land you have the right to enter, or that the landowner permits it.
Map imagery is provided by MapTiler and is based on OpenStreetMap, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Attribution is shown in the app on every map view. Trail information for the Borås area comes from the City of Borås open data portal (boras.se), released under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 — a public domain dedication with no copyright reserved. CC0 requires no attribution; we credit the City of Borås as the source regardless.
7. Availability
Stigvidd is run in spare time and without any guarantee that the service is available or free of errors. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and the service as a whole, without this giving you a right to compensation. If the service is discontinued we will try to announce it in the app in advance so you have time to retrieve your content.
Keep your own copies of anything you do not want to lose. We promise no backups on your behalf.
8. If you break the terms
We may remove content and suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms. In serious cases, such as illegal content or attacks on the service, this happens without warning. In other cases we will contact you first.
You may stop using Stigvidd at any time and delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, for lost content or for the service being unavailable, to the extent liability can be limited under applicable law.
Your rights as a consumer are not affected. Mandatory consumer protection rules take precedence over these terms, and nothing here limits liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
10. Personal data
How we process your personal data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of the relationship between you and us but not part of this agreement.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will give notice in the app before they take effect. If you continue using Stigvidd after that, the new terms apply. The latest version is always available at stigvidd.se/terms-of-use/.
12. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies and disputes are settled by Swedish courts. As a consumer you may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. If you live in another EU country you have the right to rely on mandatory consumer protection in your home country.
